960 tick tick tick 900 1994

I've been running mobil 1 10-30, mann oil filters in my 1994 960 with 110,000 miles on it. After driving on the freeway for a while and when I come to a stop I have been noticing a tick tick tick-valves I suspect. Start up and it goes away. Last oil change mechanic replaced oil with regular ol' dino 10-40, haven't herd the tick tick. Any thoughts??
