Vacuum to distributor B16B 444-544

I am replacing the B16A in my 544 with a B16B, and I now have to solve the problem of getting vacuum to the distributor. The pipe that was on the B16A does not fit into the vaccuum outlet of the SU carburator. Any good ideas of what to do; can I find parts in order to make a new pipe (or refit the old), or is it possible to find a way to use a rubber hose like on more modern engines? Or does anyone have an extra of those pipes anywhere...?
