Tranny Oil leak -Home Seal Replacement... Bushing as well? 200 1989

Hi all,

I have a tranny oil leak that dripping down in the rear down over the coss-member.
I believe this is the tranny seal where the drve shaft enters?
In replacing the seal I have heard there is a bushing that requires replacement also. I have been looking at the Hayes manual (pg 7A-5)I see no mention of a bushing. Is this job doable at home and where do I get a pin-type spinner (in Canada). The job was done previously at a shop at 200k I'm now at 431k. I would like to wait till spring to attempt when the weather is a bit warmer

Many Thanks
