Belt Tension Problem 200 1983

I appricate all the help on the last problem, it looks like the belts were hella bad, so i changed them and all looks to be working now. only problem is that the alternator/fan belts keep slipping. i cant figure out a good way to get them tight, cause there is no tensioner screw on the alternator bolt, so basically i had to wedge my hand in there and push as hard as i could while tightening the bolt, but obviously that didnt do it. so, any ideas/hints/tips on how to get the belts tight on that alternator?
