Source for temp spare tire 700 1988

I need to replace the temporary spare that came with my car. It looks unused but the tread has separated completely around the tire.

The only size marking I see on it is: 155 15. I've never seen a temp like this one. It's almost full size. FWIW, it's a Firestone.

I don't see anything at Tirerack's website and will call them tomorrow. Anyone in the US know of a source?
