wiper relay; Attn: Don Foster, or anyone knowledgeable 200 1984

Hello Mr. Foster and others,
I have searched the archives, and still cannot figure out exactly which relay is which, down by my left foot. My wipers are stuck on continuously, and I have to turn them off by unplugging the switch on the column. I have replaced the switch and motor with junkyard items before reading about these troublesome relays on this site. There is a smaller white one, and a larger blue one. The blue one has a plug just like the one on the wiper switch on the steering column that I currently unplug to turn my wipers off. The white one has four prongs, three parellel and one perpendicular. The white did show signs of water contamination on the solder side of the board. I cleaned it with a toothbrush and H2O, but because I am not sure it is the culprit, and I lack a soldering iron, I did not re-solder it. Unplugging EITHER of these relays does not affect the operation; both when stuck in continuous ON, or when sometimes randomly working normally (the pause and the off settings work, every few days for a day or so...). The blue relay looks pristine inside. Any suggestions on how to get my wipers to work properly, so I don't have to drive around with my steering column torn apart? Thank you, Matt
