Looks like the code is triggered by the O2 sensor. It could be that the sensor is bad. Or something else is making the sensor to throw out the code. According to my manual, the possible sources are:
- MAF
- Low fuel pressure
- Air leakage (intake gasket)

So, you basically identified almost everything that you need to check. Keep us posted about the progress. Good luck
