My dad is saving up for the "Super Charger fund" As we call it, we hope to have one in the 1800 by summer time. But now we got a new kitchen, sooo I dunno. We had sorta that same problem, car ran on 3 clyinders and smoked badly. It was because a valve went throught the piston, on # 3 I think. It made a horrible clacking sound! What kind of cam is in there now? A fuel injection? Its a B20E so It sounds like u never switched out cams. I like the FI cam w/ a carbed engine, its got power at low end and still good at high speed. The idle is crappo though!
