940 Window Problem

I have a '92 turbo 940 wagon. I have had an annoying wind noise from the
driver's window since I bought it last year. When the window goes all the
way up the window seems to tip slightly forward when it enters the weatherstripping. If I rock the window switch back just a bit the window seems to find a tighter position. Do I have a worn window regulator or are there adjustments possible? Also has anybody wired up a pair of side marker lights?
How do you get in behind the inner fender liner to route the wires?

tks from North Carolina
