Need a tip on pulling the fuse/relay panel out. 700 1988

I need to get at my OD relay and/or wiring but the panel seems wedged in there. I see a clip on the left side but nothing on the right.

OD works 90% of the time. When it doesn't, I wiggle the wires going up under the panel and then it shifts right in.
