Steering 700 1989

I have noticed that my car pulls a little to the right, is this bad alignment? I refreshed the brake calipers, so I know they are not sticking. The problem is less severe at speed of 60+. Usually the steering wheel needs to be held about 5 degrees to the left to keep the wheels straight. If I allow the steering wheel to be on center then the car wanders to the right. I will be replacing ball joints and strut inserts, if and when warm weather arrives. Should I wait until I replace those to have alignment done? Thank for any info.
