Sunroof 140-160

I have a 75 164 parts car that has a sunroof. I've got a daily driver 74 164 without one. How much hassle would it be to to cut out a larger than the sunroof chunk of roof and weld it into the 164. I'm not a welder so would have to have it done. Is this practical or are there many other issues that make this not worthwhile.
