Baffled by my new main fuel pump 700

Ok, get this. I installed a new main fuel pump and fuel filter to allow my car to run. After completing the job, i went to start the car and of course it starts fine. Then, the next day i went to drive it off the driveway and i notice that the pump is much louder than before.

I thought that now my pre-pump had died, so i stuck a hose down the fuel tank and I heard that little pump working just like it should. Just to confirm that, i also pulled #11 fuse and noticed that the pump started to sound like it was working a bit harder. However, when the car is running, the main pump is humming so loud that it can be heard inside the car. Its very distinct. My old pump never sounded this loud and it seems very strange.

Any one else have a loud main fuel pump but no reasons as to why?

The new main pump is a Bosch and so was the old one.
