Anti-lock brake question 700 1988

I am getting my '88 740 ready to sell. It's been sitting for about six months (I've only been starting it and moving it around the driveway to keep it running) When stopping now the pedal pulsates like the brakes have gone into anti-lock mode and I get a noise from the front of the car. These are slow speed stops so the ABS shouldn't be activating.
Has something frozen up in the wheels that would be causing this. If I get the car out and drive it should the problem disappear?
