Trunk Carper (OOPS...CarpeT!) Removal Update. 700 1991

An AHA moment. With the carpeT out of the trunk, a lot of squeaks and groans that would normally be muffled/absorbed are actually audible...perhaps even amplified by bouncing around in the carpeTless trunk. I've had a suspension clunk that I have been chasing for weeks. I thought it was in the front. After I parked at work this A.M., I opened the trunk and bounced the brick up and down a few times and lo and behold the squeak is coming from the right rear.

Life is good....and will be better when I fix the squeak!!!!!
