Those litttle black Knopps 1800 1965

Ok so here's the deal, those little black instrument buttons were all missing except for one, which is in such a terrible condition that it is doubtful it can be used.
Now according to the P180 Parts Catalog (for you that have it) in group 3 page 17 issue 2 there is a part number for items 2, 7, 11, (also 27 the cigarette lighter which has threaded connection) 665060-0.
I haven't found these available anywhere. What does one do to replace these buttons other than having a machine shop reproduce them. I would consider making some if the demand were good enough. Does anyone know what other models or years that used this type button? This is a very obvious cosmetic problem, and I can't believe that no one else has not had to replace these buttons. The buttons I reference are used with the type switches that have a ball spring release.
Would you know it, I'm still HAVINFUN.
