Compression - Good or BAD ???

If anything, I'd say the compression is a wee tad high. This is usually an indication of carbon buildup in the combustion chamber. Have you experienced knocking or pinging on regular gas that clears up by using the high octane?

Somewhere on this BBRD I saw a reading that compression results need to be below 175 or 180, wish I could remember where I saw that.

You readings are not too low, and do not have great variation between cylinders. That's good.

Try running a bottle of Techron (AutoZone) when you have a 100 mile or longer drive. Works best when the engine is fully heated up.

Good Luck,

Bob
