What else to do? (long message) 200

Hey everybody,
I`m wondering (again)if anyone with brake system smarts can help me with a problem that has my 240 sidelined.I don`t know what else I can do other than bringing it to a dealership to find a conclusion to my frustration.
I recently did some front end work which icluded replacing the calipers, brake lines(rubber part) and new rotors.
For some reason, I cannot get any pedal pressure when the car is running.
Prior to this job this was not a problem.
I also should mention that I have since replaced the brake booster and master cylinder to no avail and, being unemployed for the time being, I`m very reluctant to dump more $$$ into it right now.
I think I`ve done all that can to rectify the problem. Bled the lines several times both with a pressure bleeder and the old fashioned way with an assistant pumping the brakes and holding. Followed any directions from my Haynes manual. Checked for leaks and have none from anywhere in the brake system although there was a trickle of brake fluid from the rear of the old BB from inside the firewall. When bleeding, there are no bubbles in the fluid and it flows freely from all the valves at each caliper.
Hard to find much help from local pros. My NAPA dealer was a bit reluctant to get me a new BB as he swears its rare for the BB to fail, which I`ve heard from here on the board so $201 later, I`m finding that they may be right.I even went to a repair shop(Volvo,Saab,BMW) that I swore I`d never go back to and when I mentioned that I put NAPA parts on they said that throw them away as they are "no good".
So, I don`t know what else to do other than taking my chances at a dealership nearby. I`m seriously considering sidelining the car but I really need it to do any serious jobhunting.
The car is running good and the other front end work went relatively smoothly.I`ve done all I could for now and does anybody have any detailed advice on maybe something was missed? Thanks for all replies.
