Oty and Haroon wish they could be there to help, I can tell. So do I. Let me just bring up a couple wild questions, and I'll bow out, as I've never really been in the trenches with Volvo brakes. Some things go not so well for me and brakes are so far among the things I've had more luck with.

Possible you have right caliper on left side? Bleeders have to be at the top.

Ever let the master run dry? Might have put some air in the rear lines.

Buy rebuilt calipers? Like Haroon mentioned, rebuild master? I doubt the master is rebuilt, the new ATe masters are only about $40.
