First Timing Belt Job 200 1981

1981 K-Jet: I'm replacing the timing belt and the three seals. I have the timing belt cover off, and I see how to get the belt off. The is my first time doing this and I want to replace the three seals too. The Bentley says on some engines you can bend valves if the cam is turned by itself. Isn't the B21 a non-interference engine in which case this danger doesn't exist? In any case, what's the best procedure for removing the sprockets to replace all three seal while I'm doing the job? Are special tools needed. Any tips would be really appreciated.
