'74 b20 w/weber DGV to DCOEs 140-160

This is what my car has, IPD perf. cam and straight through exhaust and blah blah blah. Anyway, it is almost time to replace my carb. I want to convert to dual DCOE webers... What size? I don't know, 40, 45??? What will I need for this conversion? Will the stock pierburg pump provide enough fuel??? How much money will this cost me probably, with used and or used parts??? Thanks alot for any info.
Later,
