California Smog Check results 200 1982

For a 1982 245 with the B21F engine with the white distributor, the California Smog Check gave a pass with the following measurements:

2500rpm: HC 9ppm (150ppm allowed), CO 0.01% (1.50% allowed), CO2 14.1%, O2 1.5%
idle @ 742rpm: HC 49ppm (120ppm allowed), CO 0.01% (1.50% allowed), CO2 11.4%, O2 4.8%

Although the car emissions test passes now, should I be concerned about future repair needs based on the apparently high idle HC reading? (Note: engine was warm at the time of the test, since the car was driven for about 8 miles just before.)
