Noise from front suspension 200 1989

Hi

Today Iīve noticed some strange noises coming from the front suspension. Everytime when you turn the steering wheel left and drive over bumps or potholes somekind of creaking noise appears, almost like if you put a pair of dies into a cup and shake it. The same noise, but not that loud, appears too when the car donīt move and the steering wheel is turned from side to side.

What could cause that kind of noises.
