Need Help...ASAP 700 1989

Alright, My previous message(Feb. 7) told of Volvo checking why "check engine light" came on. They said error: 311, 212- RPM sensor and Oxygen sensor. While I am at Volvo they change oil and clean throttle body. Yesterday I notice that the enginbe is vibrating below 2000 rpms, and the upon higher rpm acceleration it feels a little jerky. My q is: Is this problem associted with any above: throttle body work done incorrectly, O2 sensor or RPM sensor? Or is this a whole new problem? For now, it idles at 1000 rpm, little flucuation but the engine is sputtering, not stalling. If I listen to exhaust you can hear it sputter. This is my only car and I need it to commute to work, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank for your assistance and knowledge.
