Replacement - 2 AC pipes from dryer through firewall to heat exchanger 200 1991

Hello

I have a rotten pipe (one of the 2) that connects dryer to heater core inside. Bought a replacement (only comes as a set of 2 complete with grommets, etc.). Does anyone know what it takes to have those 2 pipes replaced? Do I need to disassemble the dashboard or remove the heater or anything? I'm not going to do it myself, but none of my local shops seem to know if dash needs to be torn down for that. Please help.

Thank you all inadvance
Andrew
