Boss selling his 850, buying a 240 Station Wagon!!! What should I recommend?!? 200 1991

My boss is selling his 850 sedan today. He is considering replacing it with a 1991 245 Station Wagon with 120k mileage. (Newborn in the family.) He wants to know what problems to watch for, potential issues, etc..

Should I recommend a later model 740/940 wagon instead of a '91 245? Do you think he will be happy with the adjustment from FWD to RWD? Or should I just keep my mouth shut, let him buy what he wants, get off the Interet and go to lunch?
