Re: replacing original radio from a 1989 760 GLE (POP IN/OUT ORIGINAL VERSION) 700

Hey guys! I have a radio installation question. How much time and effort would it take me to install a new radio/cassette deck into my 760 gle? The current system is an original version that can be removed from the compartment without tearing the dash apart! It comes in out in two sections. There are some white clips attached to each of the 2 parts, in addition there are some speaker wires that just plug into the back of these 2 units. Would i need a universal connector? Also how many watts does this old system have? It is the coded version with Volvo guard. Does anyone know of a good AM/FM STEREO CASSETTE RADIO of good quality (without breaking the bank) that i could purchase? Please all experiences and or suggestions are welcomed!

Thanks in Advance
