How to flush orange coolant 900 1995

When I purchased my car it had orange coolant in it. My friendly independant rep tried to help me out and topped off my coolant with about of pint of green coolant. Based on what I have read, the coolant now has no corrosion protection due to this contamination. I have also read that the orange coolant may pose a problem to volvo seals. I now want to put in the standard green coolant. My question is: How do I properly flush the orange coolant? Some sort of standard radiator flush chemical or what? My second question is: Is there anything special about Volvo coolant? The prestone email inquiry people are useless. They told me just to drain and refill.
