Caliper bolts-replace or not? 700 1992

Volvo repair manual says to replace he caliper bolts rather than reuse them. Two volvo dealerships say they never replace them. Does anyone know the advantages/disadvantages of replacing these? And a good source? Even Borton here in Minneapolis said, "no reason to," and, "maybe they could order them."
