Euro headlight wipers 200

I saw these wipers for the E-code headlamps on eBay:

I just bought some Euro headlights for my '84 244 and wondered if these would fit my USA car. I checked the archives and it seems like the 240s are already prewired for these headlight wipers (something near the washer pump).

But what about the mounting holes for the motors? Are they already there near the headlights in the engine compartment?

I also ordered trims for the euro lamps. Should they have a hole or something to accomodate the shaft from the wiper motor to the arm?

Would these wipers fit all 240s, even after the nosejob the 240s got in 1986?
