Adding IPD bars, end link question 700 1988

Just a note, before you buy any end links, check to make sure which type you have. My 88 (which just broke the second original one, the other broke last year) has the straight-bolt type. The heim joint is only good if you have the "lollipop" shaped link, that is a circular cast end on the link, which bolts in perpendicular to the long part of the link. If yours has the straight bolt type, you can only replace using the original style. I also found that with the poly bushings, it was VERY difficult to compress things enough to start the nuts. With the suspension fully stuffed on the corner I was working on, I did finally get it. The rubber bushings are nowhere near as tough.

Good luck!
