ABS light 700 1990

Remove and clean the front ABS sensors. They're magnetic- they pick up debris and generate false readings. Cleaning fixes it about 75% of the time. They come out of the inside of the front backing plates with a bolt. Worst case, you may need to replace one, but clean them first and see what you get- that's free.
Note that you DO NOT HAVE ABS whenever the light is on. Drive accordingly. The brakes revert to being normal non-antilock when the system has a fault.
