Turn signal indicators 200 1984

posted by  someone claiming to be 3 too many on  Thu Feb 13 13:53 CST 2003 [RELATED]

This only happens now and again, but when I turn on the parking and /or the head lights, the turn signal indicators in the dash cluster both light up and stay on!! If the turn signals are activated right or left, everythings works normally, both outside and inside the car. Both indicators only go off when the lights are turned off!!?? I'm stumped!! Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Vehicle is a 1984 Turbo Wagon/228K THANX!! :O)
