Cutaway pic or drawing available? 200 1983

Where can I get a drawing of the layout of the innards of the cooling system in a B23F? I think my water jackets are clogged up from not flushing for several years.. ( I know,I know-don't preach). I took the block drain cock all the way off and had to drive an icepick in for awhile till the crud broke up enough to flow out normally. After repeated flushings and a new 3 row radiator, still runs too warm.(Wont pass nox emissions). My non Volvo neighbor said he cleaned out a v8 chevy with a rod, brushing all the corrosion into the oil pan, empty the oil pan, change the gasket, new oil and problem fixed. Are the water jackets straight? Is it possible to clean out with a coat hanger or rod? Or is there all kind of turns as to make this impractical? Any thoughts? TIA,Breadman
