You may also find it easier to change out the entire front crossmember rather than take apart the suspension. The bent front end may have other problems you can't readily see. I'd recommend pulling the whole thing- it's 4 bolts to the frame. If you're sneaky, you might get away with not taking apart the brakes too. Just hang the calipers while the front end is out. It's really a fairly manageable piece, other than the engine that sits on it.
