In addition to Rob's advice, I would consider the EProm update. Poor cold starting in this vintage B230F is a known problem and the EProm fixes it. Get it from www.borton.com for about $90; be prepared to provide them the part number of your FI ECU in the right passenger kickwell. Easy swap that you can do yourself: the kit comes with instructions.
The p/s squeel is almost surely a worn p/s pump mounting bracket. Look at the belt and pulley: if the pulley is slightly off the axis of the belt, it's because the bolt holes in the bracket wear. Solution: new bracket ($15 part).
