i was just blessed(?) with an estimate of repair for approx.$1000.00 for my new buyer checkpoints. i have done brake jobs in my other cars ( ie:fords , chevys , etc) , is volvo any differnt as far as doing brakes and mot.mounts? is there anything i should know before tackling these repairs? is it worth paying the labor or is it not so big a deal to do them? i need to get by as little as possible as far as cash( not to comp. quality) my wife and i just had another baby boy last week and i am alittle tight on cash this week!! please give me opinions.... thanks
