I have a clunk coming from my rear end after IPD bar install 700 1990

Greetings,

Yesterday I installed a set of IPD sway bars on my 1990 740 turbo wagon. During the initial test drive I noticed a clunking sound coming from the rear. The noise is most pronouned at low to moderate speed when going over rough pavement. I put the car back on the hoist and checked and made sure everything was tight, which it was. The best I can describe is it sounds like I have a loose shock that clunks when I go over a bump or something else is loose near the rear of the car near the axle. I checked that the springs were properly seated and for loose items in the rear storage area. Has any one else experienced this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Aloha,
Mike H
