Speedometer not working 700 1991

Couple years ago my speedometer stopped working and I made a post regarding this
A gentleman from Malaysia replied saying that the two integrated circuits on the speedos board were prone to overheating and subsequent failure. And was he right! I recently replaced the cluster with one from a 900 series and everything works except the fuel gauge! So now I am thinking of replacing the ICs myself
but I cannot find them anywhere. The ICs numbers are AN6505ubk and SPST YZH 072. Any suggestions? I had 84000 miles when it died..and on the 900 cluster the clock
adjustment is mechanical and on my 740 it is electrically done so I now have a
connection thats dangling behind the cluster!
