Earphone socket - where?? 700 1990

The earphone jack is on the back of the radio. That's where it was for my 760 Turbo. Volvo had an accessory kit that extended that jack to the back seat center armrest (two jacks there for passengers). It came with a volume control at the back seat location. It was designed so that front seat passengers could listen to the radio while the kids in back could listen to a tape with headphones. This accessory kit was never officially available in the U.S.
