1984 245 ti canadian FPR

Alright!
I am getting sooooo frustrated trying to find the fuel pump relay on my '84 245 turbo ic.First there's nothing under the passenger's side footwell. Under the driver's side there is a 1"x1"x2" six prong box. Is this the FPR? I do see a little black relay(looks like a lamp relay of some sort). Other than that, there isn'y much else...Is there a difference between the Canadian 245ti and the American 245ti? Please, please, please give me some insight on this...I am getting intermittent problems not starting and I have gone through this whole forum trying to get info. One thing though, the external fuel pump is making some buzzing sounds...I think it is a little too loud to be normal. What is the other round canister next to the pump?(actuator?).Also, I don't see the 25 amp fuse under the hood on the left fender that I keep hearing about...I will keep trying to figure this thing out...Thanks
Ron
