new 700 wheels for a 240 200 1987

I know that some of the 700 series wheels will fit the 200's, which ones are these? Does anyone know where to buy new 700 series wheels? I had someone offer me new 700 wheels once when I was looking for a set of virgo wheels, and for the life of me I can't remember what company it was. It was through a web site but I can't find where. Any ideas where to find new wheels for my 240? Should I look to my local retailers? Tire Rack has two different types for the 200's. I had been looking for virgo wheels but I decided it would be nice to get new wheels for a little more and know they are in good shape and look good. Thanks for any suggestions.
