Sorry Iīve thouht that the name is "niveaulift".
Yes, itīs the same like the nivomat on the 700/900. This is a system which allows the rear axle to keep a horizontal level when heavy load is transported. The difference between the 200 and 700 version is that mine works manually. This means that before loading the car I have to fill compressed ai trough an instrument with a pressure indicator gauge in the engine bay - on some models that instrument was also installed in the trunk. The 700 and late 200 had the automatic nivomat.
