found a 144 140-160

I had a '74 144s, it was my first Volvo.I got it for $500 and drove it for 3 years. It had a good engine (B-20).sold it for $300 when it had 153k(i thought that was high)miles.the guy I sold it to drove it from Maine to Buffalo N.Y. no problem.
Do you have an automatic transmission or a standard. The auto was a little weak(BW-55)but the M-40 is a good standard trans.
How's the rust?Check the floors and rear wheel wells.
Does it have carbs or FI?
