Wiper Motor on a 91 745...where is it? 700

I have a 1991 Volvo 745 (base, non-turbo) that keeps blowing the 25AMP wiper fuses (30 AMP fuses blow too). The fuse blows immediately when you turn the key to any position (I, II, or III) long before I even have a chance to try and turn on the wipers. I believe I have a blown motor but can't seem to find the wiper motor anywhere. I've done a few replacements on 240s before, but this 740 is a mystery.

For the reocrd: We got a lot of snow and I had a ton of snow on the car when I started it to warm it up, the wipers were "on" but weren't moving due to the snow and ice on the windshield. Yeah, v ery dumb of me, so I suspect I almost deserve a blown wiper motor.

Anyway, any hints on where to find it and how hard they are to replace on a 740?

Thanks in advance for any hints and advice.......

Keep Rollin'!
