Extending seat track? 200 1990

Can I make my driver's seat go back farther ('90 245), so I can stretch my legs a bit more? As is, my left knee is cramped next to the arm rest.

BTW, for a compromise solution on my '72 145 and on my '86 245 (both sold and missed), I took off the armrest and swapped in one of the hand grips (the ones above the doors for passengers to hold onto while your whip around corners and suchor to hang dry-cleaning on. The handle fit perfectly and worked great, and swapped back easy when it was time to sell. Be careful with the pop-off caps over the screws -- they can get brittle.

But with the power windows, that won't work on my '90 245.
