Is my 1992 the only 240 ever made with a single horn? 200 1992

It appears completely US standard in all other respects. But everything under the hood looks factory original and it is wired for only a single horn. Sounded like a Chevette when I got it.

"240" Wagon. 50-state emissions. Vinyl interior. ABS. No heated seats or mirrors.

I patched in a second horn easy enough and didn't blow a fuse, but this cheesy installation still puzzles me.
