87 245 dl feul pump relay repeated failure

thanks all for the responses. i pulled the in tank pump, and bench tested it. it worked fine, fired right up. reinstalled it. had read in faq's that feul press reg can cause main pump to over work. tested it fuel, came gushing out.
is there an under hood fuse on 240's and where. to start the car i jumpered the fuses in the fuse panel started no problem.

by the way my haynes manual and a couple people up here say that the fpr is on drivers side mine is on passenger side.
