Bilstein HDs and stock springs? 700 1988

Looking for informed opinions and experience with this combination. I searched and read a few posts from other forums but I'm curious about them on a 745t. I've added IPD anti-swaybars and am looking at shocks. There have been many recommedations for Boge TG and Bilstein TC but I haven't found much on the stock spring Bilstein HD combination.
