You can find a list of TSB's on the Alldata website. The reading of these docs is not free so you will have to subscribe to the service to get access to the stuff they list. Some places still might sell the popular mechanics/Alldata CD which will allow you to get the TSB's too. Here in Canada at the Parts Source we have free access to Mitchell online in the store which also gives you the full TSBs.

Maybe a store in WA has the Mitchell manuals online as well for you to look at.
